In Abraspungo, our team of national and international chefs has created a well structured menu, to satisfy the tastes of every client, utilizing produce grown and cultivated using the traditional, ancestral techniques of the Andes. These traditional farmers sell their wares at the local markets where Abraspungo’s staff source the produce prepared in their kitchens, browsing and gaining inspiration for the fabulous specials on offer each day, mixing culinary gourmet techniques with local flavours.
The restaurant is decorated with antiques and picturesque elements from the region which, mixed with the warmth of the fireplace, creates a cosy atmosphere. Our visitors can enjoy a selection of carefully picked wines and spirits from our cellar.
The bar of the Hacienda is decorated with antique musical instruments such as vitrolas and other wind instruments. Sitting here you can imagine the entertainment and fun that was had decades ago. These thoughts of times of old offer an atmosphere which enhances the flavours of the cocktails served and animates today’s traveller, ensuring that the Abrapsungo experience is a memorable one.
